Ossorgin Construction is fully owned by Michael M. Ossorgin. Michael first
started in construction at the age of nine while helping his family build
their Russian Orthodox Family chapel in Santa Fe. He founded Ossorgin
Construction in 1978 and has been at the helm ever since. The company is
recognized by architects, developers, and homeowners for three
outstanding qualities:
Ingenuity - We lead the industry in inventing and implementing optimal materials and methods in all styles, from classic southwestern to ultra-modern architecture.
Integrity - As a family-run business, we stand by our word. Our respectful ethics account for the excellent relationships we develop with building departments, clients, and project partners, smoothing the way for successful project outcomes.
Friendliness - Because we enjoy our work, accommodating clients' special circumstances and dealing with change orders are a pleasure.
As an owner-operated builder, Ossorgin Construction is unique in its ability to manage projects in several states while maintaining personal oversight and accountability. We currently hold industrial, commercial, and residential licenses in New Mexico, Arizona, and California, and have the Reciprocal Supervisor ranking in Colorado.
